Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags (where applicable).
- Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personal care products
- Baby and infant hygiene products
- Health and wellness products
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products (if applicable)
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review your claim and work with our supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders may already be in processing with our supplier partners and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Quiet.Healing4u Boutique will work with you to resolve the issue.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
